Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in property maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and HVAC/R systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units, including both electronic and mechanical components.
- Interpret and analyze schematics to diagnose and resolve electrical issues effectively.
- Utilize tools like ohmmeters, voltmeters, and manifold gauges for accurate system diagnostics.
- Apply welding skills when necessary for HVAC system repairs.
- Drive company van to various job sites as needed.
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in boiler operations for comprehensive system management.
- Ability to use an ohmmeter proficiently for electrical diagnostics.
- Experience working with refrigeration systems to maintain functionality.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems to address diverse system requirements.
- Capability to read and understand schematics for efficient troubleshooting.
- Welding skills for conducting repairs on HVAC systems.
- Possession of a valid driver's license for van driving responsibilities.
