Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, property maintenance, and service technician duties.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC units, including electronic and mechanical components.
- Interpret and analyze schematics to effectively address electrical problems.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for accurate system diagnostics.
- Conduct welding tasks when necessary for HVAC system repairs.
- Drive to various job sites using company-provided transportation.
Skills:
- Proficient in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
- Familiarity with using ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics.
- Experience working with refrigeration systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Previous experience in field service or property maintenance is beneficial.
